BLACKIE (also known as Brumby) – foaled to mustang parents May 22,1982 ; She is the ‘grandmother’ of ARI as she is the first horse every trained by founders Sue and Kerry for use by the organization and is still full of life and a favorite horse of many clients. |
JASMO – our miniature horse was donated to ARI in 1990 and has not only been a mascot, but is used in Equine Assisted Personal Development; is a registered visitation animal (schools, hospitals, and care facilities); is a great square dancer; and delights children with his many tricks. |

BUSTER – Random bred gelding donated to ARI in 1996. He possesses the movement needed by many fragile riders. Buster is dependable and reliable in any situation and has a great work ethic. |
LE – (Little Ears) – born wild in eastern Oregon from the Beatty Butte herd in 2002, her ears were cropped by nature before we adopted her in 2004. LE’s short stature and easy gait is invaluable to our clients. |

LARK – Captured by BLM from the South Steens herd in 1998 and adopted in 1999. Her ground manners make her a great lounge line lesson and vaulting horse. Lark takes her job seriously, but still shows her playful side. |
NUPUR – An Icelandic gelding born in 2002 and donated to ARI in 2008. Nupur is fun-loving and full of personality. At 13hands he is a great horse for the children, but sturdy enough for adults. |

RAVEN – Mustang mare foaled in 2005 and adopted in 2006 by ARI staff. Raven loves attention from all people, and is very patient, and will begin working with clients in the spring of 2011. Her broad back and stocky build will help many riders with balance issues. |
RIFF – Grade gelding foaled in 1993 – He is a gentle soul and has played a large part in the growth and success of ARI. Riff has always handled his ARI career with dignity and nobility setting a high standard for the other horses. |

SKIP – An AQHA gelding - Foaled May 2, 2000 here at ARI and is registered as Skip R Little Town. Skip is Riff’s younger brother. He is our big, gentle one. He is never bothered by anything and delights in all the attention bestowed upon him. |
